As you know, we usually focus on the battle front in Alaska … but this federal move by the Biden Administration DEMANDS our attention and immediate action because it directly impacts our children and grandchildren!
Here’s what’s happening: The Biden Administration is changing the definition of a woman in Title IX.
What is Title IX? Title IX is the most commonly used name for the federal civil rights law that was enacted in 1972 to protect women and girls from discrimination in educational institutions.The Biden Administration is redefining the word “sex” in Title IX to mean “gender identity,” which makes it a direct assault on women’s safety and privacy, opportunities, parental rights and religious liberty! Even worse, non-compliance means no federal funding for things like meal programs for children in elementary school and more!
Changing this federal definition DIRECTLY IMPACTS PARENTAL RIGHTS!Please understand that this policy jeopardizes the rights of parents trying to protect their children from the danger of transgender ideology. It gives the state full access to guide children along the transgender path to irreversible sterilization, without the knowledge or consent of their parents.Parents that do not comply are considered abusive and dangerous to their children. This is how many government agents view parents, allowing them to justify removing children from their parents who will not submit to the transgender ideology. It’s already happening!
