After yesterday’s election results confirmed that Anchorage would be continuing down the road toward higher taxes, more rampant crime, homelessness and disgrace, I began wondering if I needed counseling.Suzanne Downing came to mind.As someone who always can put a smile on my face, I’m honored to have Suzanne on “I‘m Glad You Said That” today to digest the Anchorage elections results and keep a proper perspective. This is not the end folks.Very frustrating yes but there is still much good work to be done.We’ll also chat about Governor Dunleavy’s parental rights bill that has caused an LGBTQIA+ storm and why it’s so important to move this legislation, and the associated public dialogue, as far as possible.
